I just cooked this when I guested in Unang Hirit last October 17, 2013..hehehe.
I hope you will like this, medyo mahal yung Bagnet kasi ready made na yung binili but you can make your own bagnet...
Asadong Bagnet
Ingredients:
1/2 Kl Bagnet
1 Can Pineapple Juice
3 Tbsp.Tomato paste
3 Tbsp.brown Sugar
Garlic minced
Onion Minced
Magic sarap
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp.Cooking Oil
Sesame Oil
Sesame seeds for Garnishing
Procedures:
1. Marinate the bagnet in pineapple juice for at least half an hour.
2. Saute the onion and garlic, add the bagnet with the marinade. Put the tomato paste, magic sarap, brown sugar, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick...
Before you serve, put some sesame oil (patak lang ha!) Then garnish it with Sesame Seeds.
