It was really hard for me to think of this recipe, kasi my eldest son does not eat liver, but my youngest son love to eat liver, so nag-research ako, tapos nung bumibili ako sa botika ng gamot para sakit ng ulo, may nakita akong quail eggs, di ko alam kung bakit po may tindang quail eggs yung botika, siguro added kita na rin.


Then naisip ko yung recipe na zippo egg, at yun nagustuhan naman nila, kahit si kuya na ayaw ng liver okay lang at least kumakain siya ng quail egg at ng ibang veggies na nakasama sa dish.

Nakatipid pa ko, kasi di ko kailangan magluto ng dalawang ulam para sa kanila.

Zippo Egg in Chicken Liver

Ingredients:

1/4 chicken liver
20 pcs.quail egg boiled and nabalatan na
1 small carrot,cubed
1 small bell cubed
50 grm.baguio beans cubed
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 pcs. onion chopped
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
magic sarap
1/4 cup all purpose cream
1 tbsp. butter for saute
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
kinchay for garnishing

Procedure:

1. Saute the garlic and onion in a butter,then put the liver,carrot, baguio beans, water, simmer for 2 min.

2. Then put the oyster sauce, the cream, bell pepper, and magic sarap, quail eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Stir and simmer for about 3 minutes,then serve, garnish it with kinchay.
