If you are a fan of Salisbury steak from Jollibee, know that it is so easy to make at home.
The burger patty can be bought pre-made from the meat section of the supermarket, or some stores carry the frozen ones.
But if you want to make it from scratch, it is just as easy -- all you need is couple slices of white loaf bread soaked in milk, plus seasonings.
Why do we need a bread and milk paste, or panade? This essentially makes the burger moist and tender.
As for the gravy, it is the same as the chicken gravy, except that beef flavoring is added instead of chicken.
Also, there's the option of adding sliced button mushrooms, as this goes well with the gravy.
