Graham Balls

Crushed Graham Cookie with Marshmallow

Recipe by :  Ariel Jasa,  Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Graham balls is that heavenly tasting, no-bake cookie, looks like a Dunkin' Donuts munchkin and tastes somewhat like s'mores.

It is so easy, my 9 year-old son made them himself and we all loved it. It is a simple combination of crushed graham cracker, formed into a ball using condensed milk to hold it together, with a surprise marshmallow in the middle.

Kids love making them, and these treats have since become popular in Manila because they can be practically be dressed up easily like drizzling chocolate on top, rolling in simple sugar glaze, rolling in sprinkles or serving them as is.
