Steam Fish in Ginger Sauce

Steam Fish W/Ginger Sauce
I love this recipe. Since favorite ko ang Cream Dory (fish), last week inorder ito sa akin ng client namin sa catering.
1 kg. Cream Dory fish
1/4 cup Oyster Mushroom
1/4 cup Ginger, julienned (or long thin strips)
5 gloves Garlic, minced
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Onion, Mjnced
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch for Slurry
2 pack Ginisa Mix
1/2 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 bunch of dahon ng Sibuyas Chopped
1 Tsp. Sesame seeds for garnishing
1. Wash the Fish, sprinkle with the ginisa mix and the lemon Juice. Steam until cooked.
2. Saute the ginger, onion, garlic and carrots. Add the oyster mushroom, water, ginisa mix and sugar.
3. Simmer For 2 minutes, put some salt and pepper to taste, and the slurry too.
4. Place the fish in a nice plate, pour the sauce.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top, garnish w/Chopped Green Onion.
